Title: Hot or Cold Ziggety Dip
Categories: Appetizer
Yield: 1 Batch

8ozCream cheese, softened
2tbMilk
1/2cSour cream
2tbChopped onion
1/4cChopped green bell pepper
1/4tsGarlic powder
3ozDried chipped beef, shredded

Combine al ingredients well, place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve crackers.

(NOTE: This does not have to be served hot, but the baking does something special to the flavor, so do not eliminate that step even though you may serve it later. Also if you double the recipe, the left overs, if there are any can be used as a sandwich spread on pumpernickel or rye bread.
